This comfortable, quiet space with an ample desk area with computer and cable connection and USB, USB-C plugs is like having a one-bedroom apartment, furnished down to bed linens, towels, cooking tools, and supplies, with Kitchen, Laundry, Living Room, Dining Room in immediate proximity to your room for relaxing, to entertain, or to get a quick change of scenery while working at your laptop. This house is a low-traffic area, with one of the housemate’s spaces on a separate floor. Your new home is located in an easy-access, quiet cul-de-sac near Bridle Trails Shopping Center off of Old Redmond Road (NE 70th) and 132nd Ave. NE, bordering Redmond and Kirkland and just blocks from Bellevue. It’s convenient to Trader Joe's, Costco, Safeway, QFC, Grocery Outlet, and Metropolitan Market, 3 drive-thru Starbucks, pizza options, dry cleaners, major drug stores, banks and more. And, if you prefer, it's easily bike-able or walkable to most of those locations. There are also many shortcut options to get around traffic backups and there's even a quick, pleasant back way to I-90 and the T-Mobile area. In non-rush hour traffic, you’re roughly 15 minutes from being in downtown Seattle.

CONVENIENT TERMS:
Former tenants consistently have found this package to be money-saving, very comfortable, sanity supporting, and convenient. They find their only additional costs are usually the actual food they eat, transportation and entertainment.
~ RENT IS DUE BY THE 5th of each month and the full rent is $1525. OR, if you pay by the 1st of the month, as most people prefer, you get a $50 discount – for a $1475 monthly total that includes everything above. You choose which date works best for you and your pay schedule, holidays, etc.
~ NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. You pay only the full $1525 first month's rent to move in (no last month, security or other fees tying up your funds) and then your second month is prorated (if you move in at any date other than the 5th.) So your second month is usually cheaper than your first and the second month can be calculated at the discounted rate.
~ NO LAST MONTH’S or SECURITY FEE are required, nor is any multi-month agreement, but a 6-month anticipated minimum is requested. When you wish to leave, just one full month notice by the due date of the rent payment (5th) is required to end the monthly agreement. Otherwise, the rental agreement is assumed to be automatically renewed unless you (or the owner) give a one-month notice of a wish to end the arrangement before the 5th of the month. (The owner would expect to give more than one month’s notice if a change was necessary.)
~ Should you prefer a standard upfront first month/last month/security deposit situation, that can be accommodated.

PLEASE NOTE:
– This isn’t an AirBnB situation – therefore a 6-month expected minimum stay is requested. If desired, references from previous renters can be provided for you.
– No smoking, no pets. One person only.
– A no-cost background check with proof of ability to make payments is required. The standard background and credit check is paid for by the landlord/owner with the initial full $1,525 rent check to secure your application, which requires a pay stub indicating a minimum monthly net income of $4,335 or an employment offer-letter indicating that net income. Three references are also requested to get to know you better. A month-to-month rental agreement stating all the information above will be provided.
