This is room is available from 6/22/2025 until 8/31/2025. The end of June would be covered, so only July and August would need to be paid for. It is a spacious and furnished room on the third floor of a house with lots of common spaces (living room, kitchen, front porch, basement, garage). It’s barely in the picture, but the room also includes a really comfy small couch in the corner. Terrific view of the Cascades and Mount Rainier. Bathroom is shared with two others on the same floor, but there are four total in the house. Neighborhood is close to UW but far enough for noise to not be a problem. Ravenna Park, the Ave and light rail are all within walking distance.
There are 8 roommates, so 9 total in the house. The current roommates are all UW students. During this sublease period, the other roommates will most likely also be subletters. There is also a super friendly neighborhood cat who may come by now and then :)
