This is a great area close to the UW but far enough that you don't have trouble street parking or with noise.
There is easy access to shopping, entertainment, buses, light rail and places of interest.
It has a dishwasher, the usual kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer.

About the Roomies
You would be sharing it with 2 busy, positive Christian males, one an Alaskan fisherman and marine surveyor and me, a retired IT Consultant.
