I’m offering two rooms in my 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. I would love to share my unique home with roommates looking for community living. I love hosting gatherings and social events, cooking healthy meals, music and art. I travel frequently for work, so you’ll often have plenty of quiet time to enjoy the home.

Bedroom 1 has a lake view and balcony, vaulted ceilings and large closet. Room 2 has a window lake view, is more cozy and has ample closet space. The garage has storage space as well and additional closets on the lower level. This is a 2 story home and stairs leading to each level. Both rooms currently furnished but you’re welcome to furnish your space if preferred.

I’m open to short-term, medium-term, or long-term roommates. My preference is to find a long term. Whether you’re relocating, working on a contract, traveling, or simply looking for a peaceful place to call home, this house offers a unique lakeside lifestyle that’s hard to find in Seattle. There is garage and driveway parking and ample street parking and it’s a quiet neighborhood. The location is close to I-5 and close to just about everything.
