I'm Mila, and I'm looking for a roommate to share my home. You'll have the entire lower-level suite in a spacious, ~1,700 sq. ft. modern townhouse in West Queen Anne/Interbay!

Key Details & Lease Terms
- Rent: $2,000/month (plus 50% of utilities)
- Move-In Date: Sat, Sept 26th | Deposit: 1 month's rent
- Lease Term: 1 year preferred (6-month minimum)
- Conditions: Single occupant only (no couples), non-smoking/vaping, no additional pets (2 adorable cat roommates included!).

- Private Entrance & Living Space: Personal entry leading into your own private suite, complete with bedroom, bathroom, and dedicated living area.
- Bedroom: Unfurnished, featuring a huge walk-in closet and radiant heated floors with your own thermostat control.
- Bathroom: Private, modern bath with in-unit laundry (shared access).

- Recently renovated living level with hardwood floors, cozy gas fireplace, and chef's kitchen.

- Two adorable, social Maine Coon brothers (Kuzco & Klaus) share the space. They are extremely friendly, indoor-only cats who enjoy cuddles and playtime. (Sadly no additional pets)

I'm a 34-year-old Product Manager in tech who has lived in Seattle for 3.5 years (grew up in Boston). I'm friendly, respectful, and experienced with roommates. I value a clean, relaxing, and communicative living environment. In my free time, I love traveling, catching live music or comedy, playing tennis, baking, reading, and trying new restaurants.
