Located in Northeast Seattle, this residence is less than a mile from Northgate light rail station. Grocery shopping is convenient with Safeway and QFC less than a mile away.

Over the past ten years UW (other colleges) grad students, international homestay students and people experiencing temporary homelessness have lived here. There has been a homebased dog care business onsite for over 9 years. It helps if you love dogs to live here.

The house has a fairly sizable kitchen, and a nice living room. The house is already furnished, but you'll need furniture for your bedroom. Washer and dryer are in house. The house has its own car and if a roommate has a valid driver's license and a good driving record that can get them on the auto insurance policy you can use the car occasionally.

We're looking for someone easy going and orderly, who will appreciate the house as much as we do. We are fairly social, but a potential roommate doesn’t have to be.
