Your share of the rent would be $1200 a month plus utilities and Internet. Your name would be on the lease with mine, and the lease goes until late January 2025. You'd have your own bedroom and a shared bathroom. The place has 2 private decks with views of the Cascades and is in a quiet building with working professionals. There is street parking and the potential of a covered garage parking spot.
