We have a large room open in our 4 bed, 2.5 bath home, available for move-in on October 12 or later. The room is spacious, featuring wood flooring, personal bathroom (toilet/sink), large open closet, nook, and natural lighting through large windows facing north/west/south. House includes front & back porch, basement with shop space, driveway parking, and gardening space.

The house has a large shared living room, kitchen, deck, backyard, basement, and garage. Kitchen will include dedicated fridge and pantry space, along with shared appliances.

You'll live with three existing housemates (currently all in their 20’s, two students and one working, open to all genders). The house is located on a beautiful tree-lined street just north of Green Lake, close to the 45 Bus Route, with easy access to local trails, I-5, and abundant street parking.
