The available bedroom is unfurnished and spacious with a closet, window, and blackout shades! Lots of natural light, and blackout shades also make it easy to keep the room darker and quieter if you need. Apartment has laminate wood flooring, a dishwasher, and a patio.
Moving in is very easy as the apartment is on the first floor with easy access to the parking lot.

Roommate / Household:

You would be sharing the apartment with me and my cat Angus (roughly 10 yr old long hair tabby), I am 33M, currently studying for HVAC/R technician and working part time in the mornings (5am-9am). I love to cook and clean, and keep a clean lifestyle, including being sober. I am typically at home after work studying or preparing what to make for dinner.
