Room available in a split-level 4BR/2BA house near Haller & Bitter Lakes. Move-in on or after Sept 1 (flexible). $725/month + ~$140/month utilities. First, last, and refundable deposit due at move-in.

**Room:** 10'x12', upstairs, shares walls with kitchen, one bedroom, and backyard.

**Location:** Walk to RapidRide E-Line, 2 gyms, Asian Food Center, Sprouts. Short drive to Safeway, Fred Meyer, Town & Country, Costco. Quiet, walkable neighborhood.

**House features:** Large backyard, porch, on-site parking & laundry, furnished common spaces, fireplace, wood shed, grill/smoker, electric stove/oven. Garage used for storage; part of downstairs is a home office.

**About us:**
- **Stephen** (he/him, early 40s) – catering/events lead, loves cooking, gardening, tabletop games, and COD with online friends.
- **Ace** (he/him, late 30s) – writer/photographer, works from home, tea enthusiast, into movies and urban photography.
- **Jess** (she/her, mid-30s) – mental health professional, cat mom to Baker, enjoys snacks and hanging out.

We love good food and share meals occasionally. LGBTQIA+ supportive, BLM allies.

**Looking for:** Someone in their 30s who enjoys food, maybe tabletop games, keeps common areas tidy, participates in monthly house meetings, and respects those working from home.

- No additional pets
- smoking (any kind) must be outside/away from house — no cigarettes on property
