• ~$120/month in utilities (water, trash, gas, electricity, high-speed WiFi)
• $965 as refundable security deposit (~1/3 of month rent. Used only for damages beyond normal wear & tear or unpaid cleaning at move-out.)

• $37 one time payment for Renter's insurance for 1 year (~$3/month)
• $102 one time payment for UPS PO box for 1 year ($8.50/month)

🧍Current Roommates:

Kelvin (he/him, 1st floor) - mid-20s, originally from Colorado. Choreography-based dancer and pursuing work in IT. Kpop enthusiast that also loves anime, video games, and volleyball. Friendly and an ally. Introverted, but can be very social and usually down to go out for random side quests.

Bethany (she/her, 3rd floor) - mid-20s, from Port Townsend, WA. DANCER: Contemporary, Ballet, Heels, Choreo, and more! Avid concert attendee 🎶 Hobbies include: going on walks, video editing, language learning, and listening to an overwhelming array of music. LGBT ✨️ Owns a decent amount of plants 🪴 Very social and will probably want to talk to you about whatever current book I'm reading.
