Two rooms available, either together or separately, in a shared 2500 square foot house in Maple Leaf near 15th and 98th. Some perks of the house include:

The two current tenants are a couple (a physicist, 35, and a librarian, 34) and our very well behaved and friendly dog (10, he doesn’t have a job). We’re very social and good at being housemates- we’ve lived with a wide variety of other folks for many years harmoniously. We’re open to anybody: individuals, couples, families, whoever! All ages welcome, including kids.

Rent on the whole place is $5150 + utilites. Because we have some flexibility on how we’re splitting the place up, there’s some room to adjust around the edges, but the baseline would be that each room is $5150/4 = $1287.50, or $2575 for the pair, and that we split utilities equally between all tenants. The move-in date is flexible, let’s talk about it!
