Hey! I'm looking for a roommate to share a mostly furnished home in Pinehurst neighborhood in Northeast Seattle. You'd only need to furnish your own room, which is the master bedroom with a private bathroom.
The home has a cute little private yard, a beautiful kitchen, is in a quiet neighborhood next to walking trails and is close to public transportation.
Rent would be $1490 plus utilities (trash is included and there are solar panels on the roof that help offset the electric bill). There are 2 living rooms so we can each have our own relaxing spaces if wanted.
About me: 40, LGBTQ+ Friendly I work in animal welfare I have 1 large dog and cats (other cats okay) I'm a total geek so love tabletop games, video games, and bingeing shows I also enjoy hiking, gardening and being outdoors in general I appreciate occasional shared meals or watching movies/playing games together but can also keep to myself just fine.
