I moved out of Seattle and my two roommates (and a golden retriever) are looking to fill the 3rd room in the house located right by SPU. Room is semi-furnished with a bed and nightstand, and rent is $1133/month + utilities. Lots of light in the house, large kitchen, living room, and plenty of storage space. Plenty of street parking available

They are two wonderful, clean, friendly women who are very respectful of everybody’s space. The dog is extremely friendly and well trained, and will love you right away.
