Hello!
1920s craftsman looking to find one other roomie to split a 5 bdrm. One north facing bedroom upstairs. We can create space to suit all of us. Downstairs has ample space, and we even have a spare bedroom for out of town family/guests!

Firepit, outdoor grill, 3 huge fruit trees to enjoy in summer. Raised garden beds, and plenty of on street parking. Safe neighborhood, key location to the bridge.

Three cats already live in the space and additional critters are welcomed provided they are well house trained. also keep regular hours. Please be cleanly and pitch in to create a safe, artistic environment. There are two of us living here already, and we are happily over 30.
