You’ll have the whole upstairs, which includes a full bathroom, huge bedroom with a great view of Mount Si, and another small bedroom with a large closet. We’d share a kitchen and living room downstairs. There’s also a large yard I enjoy maintaining, and the mountain view from the backyard is incredible. I work and travel a lot. My daughter just began college out of state, so I’m renting out this space to help pay for her tuition and living costs. I’m pretty laid back and would prefer a roommate who is, too. I'll add pics of the interior space for rent soon. I'm getting it ready this weekend (September 19th).
