As owners, we don’t live in the property, instead our property manager lives in the house, and takes care of everything. The house has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, five professional people living in the house. It has two comfortable living rooms, one upstairs one downstairs, the one downstairs is being used as rec room, with fitness equipment, and rec room amenities, including a foosball, and yoga space. Upstairs there is a huge deck with the city views and rec amenities in the backyard. All the bathrooms are recently renovated, and the kitchen has full appliances with a big island, offering breakfast space next to the dining room comfortably seating 8-10 people. The living room upstairs has stunning city views due to the position of the house being on a slope, and the split entry provides a huge skylight ensuring lots of sunshine in the living areas. The street always has parking available, and the house has its own multiple parking spaces available in front of the rose garden.
