Newcastle Room for Rent $900/month starting 6/1/26

Looking for a female roommate to join 2 other women in our gorgeous Newcastle home! Urgent filling needed!

We are looking for a tenant to sign on as of 6/1/26 if possible, our other prospective tenant for this room sadly was not able to make the timeline/move work so we are reposting to find urgent placement. DM me if interested!!

Room/housing details:
- Bedroom dimensions: 9.5 ft x 11.5/12.5 ft (half the room is 11.5 ft, the other half extends to 12.5 ft)
- Bedroom has personal spacious closet, lots of coat closet storage in the house as well
- $1000 for first month (June), then $900/month + utilities
- Shared full bathroom with 1 other tenant (not pictured is very nice tiled shower tub and window in bathroom)
- Very spacious kitchen with gas burning stove, open concept and great for hosting!
- 2 large living rooms
- 1 dining room
- LOTS of natural light and large windows
- All hardwood flooring (no carpet)
- Laundry/dryer units included
- All appliances less than 2 years old
- Garage (mainly used for storage)
- Large back porch with fenced backyard (Mt. Rainier and Olympic views included!)
- Neighborhood includes gorgeous mountain views and a 10 minute walk from the house to Lake Boren Park!
- Additional common room furniture would be welcomed, there is plenty of space to accommodate!
- Very clean home- no mold or leaks
- There is 1 additional female tenant (4 tenants total on the lease) who lives in a separate unit on the bottom/back level of the house with their own private entrance (that’s me!). The upstairs space is shared with the other 2 women.
- Our landlords (wife and husband duo) are very kind, responsive, and accommodating!

Specific requirements:
- For our personal comfort and safety, we are looking for female tenants only
- No pets highly preferred- there is 1 cat already in the rental space so please notify up front when messaging if you have a pet or any concerns with having a cat roommate 🙂
- 1 year lease plan highly preferred
- Monthly utilities are equally divided amongst all tenants
- Must tour house first prior to lease signing
- Tenant must be clean and respectful of common areas
- Landlords will complete background check prior to lease signing
