Roommates Wanted – Capitol Hill House (Available July)

I am looking for two roommates to fill two rooms in a house in the residential area of North Capitol Hill starting in July. This house has a lot of charm and features a large open living room, full dining room, and kitchen, plus a small front yard and a full backyard with a gazebo, shed storage, and a BBQ that I am happy to share. There is also an additional outdoor storage closet with plenty of space to store bikes, gear, or whatever else you might need to store. Street parking is easy with a zone pass.

Rent:
Master (my room): $1,495

Larger room (shared bath): $1,331

Small room (shared bath): $1,174
The two available rooms will share a bathroom.

Utilities are typically about $100–130 bimonthly for water, sewage, and garbage, and other utilities are usually around $100–200 bimonthly.

A little bit about me: I am in my mid 24 almost 25 and work for a marketing agency. I am in the office most of the week and work from home a few days. Outside of work, I recently got my Pilates certification and am hoping to start teaching in the future. I am looking for a clean, respectful roommate who might enjoy making dinner together occasionally or going out for a fun night or activity now and then.
