Duo is a 2600 square foot 4-story single family home that has been beautifully remodeled into a 5-room upscale shared residence. It is located in the Meadowbrook area of greater Lake City on the bank of Thornton Creek.

This is not your typical room for rent and the other individuals renting a room in the home will not be housemates in the typical sense of the word. You will share the common areas of the home including the kitchen, eating bar, laundry niche, backyard and front garden patio but the home is set up for a living environment that supports you having your own space and life.

You are not renting a room in someone else's home.

The home's five rooms are single occupancy.

Each room has its own solid wood, keyed locking entry door.

Room #5 is approximately 173 square feet and has it's own sink/vanity/mirror. Room #5 shares a toilet/shower room with Room #4 in a Jack and Jill bathroom style. This shared toilet/shower room will be professionally cleaned every two weeks and toilet paper/toilet bowl cleaner is included in the rent.

Room is carpeted and has a deluxe memory foam pad that feels great underfoot

Common areas of the home professionally cleaned every two weeks. Shared backyard and front garden patio maintained by landlord.
