Hi! We are Chelsi (31 years old) and Erica (27 years old)!

We are looking for two roomies to live with in a 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom, Mid-Century Modern House located in Lake City with lots of parking available. We are looking for at least 6 months preferably a year to lease with us.

We see living with roomies as living with potential friends. We like to watch movies together and share the occasional meal together. At the same time, we also understand home has to be a safe space to be yourself and we don't require friendship on this endeavor.
We also have a Milo and a Freddie residing here, a dog and cat. Milo is currently battling cancer but he is very loving and has the energy of a young pup. Freddie loves to cuddle and follow you all around the house. Milo struggles with making new animal friends so we are looking for roomies who are not bringing any additional pets.

Erica is a nurse, working within a community health setting and I, Chelsi, work from home doing administrative work for a healthcare company.

We love to go dancing, see movies, do art nights, and hang out with our friends and family. We value community, humor, and a space for people to be themselves. We like to keep common spaces clean but we also value living as a community and understand that sometimes people have hard days where they need a little extra support with chores.

We also value transparency and an openness to discussing household grievances promptly so we can all live more comfortably together.

Utilities - water, electricity, & garbage:
Averages roughly $90 per month per person (but Seattle bills for them bi-monthly)

Basement bedroom + individual bathroom:
$1375
