The house is split into two units, upstairs and downstairs. We live in the upstairs unit, and it contains all the amenities you need. We have a long balcony outside, a garage, kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and pantry space. The garage contains an in-unit washer and dryer shared between the roommates.

The two male roommates currently living here are very respectful of your space and time. They keep to themselves later at night so there are no disruptions on sleep in the house. Both work full time and one is also a full time student.

The house is located in Northgate far enough from the freeway for a quiet night, walking distance from the Northgate station for a trip into town or to the airport (10 minute walk), and the neighborhood is quiet enough for some relaxing walks in the evening.
