Located conveniently near I-5 and Northgate Station, this location offers seamless access to the University of Washington and major company offices. We currently have 3 rooms available for immediate rent!

We also welcome mid-term rentals for June to August, perfect for summer interns.

Each of the 3 units is fully furnished and includes a brand-new electric standing desk, chair, full or queen-size bed, mirror, bin, and a key for your privacy. Shared spaces include a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a garden with a BBQ pit, shared with two other roommates.

Unit 1 : $900 / month (student) | $1100 / month (intern & professional)
Unit 2 : $1000 / month (student) | $1200 / month (intern & professional)
Unit 3 : $1100 / month (student) | $1300 / month (intern & professional)

Utility bill will be split every month by the owner and tenants.

Parking is free as you will be parking on street. (Plenty of space outside)
Deposit : 0.5 month rent fee for students and 1 month of rent fee for professionals.

There will be free rental items in the house including bicycles, Nintendo switch, gaming headsets, desk lights and more.

We are Japanese professionals in our 30s, living upstairs with our adorable Pomeranian and a sweet baby. One of us is an entrepreneur with over 10 years in the gaming and marketing industries, owning two companies. The other is pursuing a master's degree in data science, with over eight years of experience in the field.

We are looking for early-career professional females or students who are communicative, clean, and respectful of others. Since we will be sharing our home, these qualities are crucial. If you are also open to occasionally helping with babysitting or dog-sitting, that would be a great plus 😄
