My ideal roommate is kind-hearted, considerate, and financially responsible, with stable income to pay rent on time. You are willing to maintain shared spaces and some household tasks.
Please, no pets, smoking, vaping, drugs, drunkenness, frequent visitors or loud gatherings. Note on Guests: Occasional overnight guests are welcome with advanced coordination—for example, checking in before confirming a visit, sharing the dates, and keeping noise and use of common areas respectful.
Rental Terms & Details:
Available October 1st, 2026. (Maybe able to move a week earlier)
Lease: Six months minimum.
• Rent: $1,250 per month, including most utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Move-in Costs and Requirements Due at Signing:
