Room Available in Sunny Magnolia Apartment

One bedroom available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. We would be a total of 2 people sharing this 3-bedroom apartment with my dog.

This apartment has sweeping views of Puget Sound and downtown Seattle, large windows, skylights, tons of light, marble bathroom floors and countertops, lots of space, a shared spare room, storage, carport, fire place and large balcony.

I am a 30-something female looking for a female roommate who is peaceful, considerate, quiet, and has clean living standards (particularly in the kitchen and guest bathroom). No excessive or frequent guests or parties, no other pets. I am looking for someone who is bringing minimal items to common spaces, as the apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom being rented.

Must be a dog lover and be comfortable living with an adorable senior dog.

Move in date: January/ February
Utilities are extra (internet, trash removal, sewage & water, heat & electric)(about 250 per month).
