We just renewed our lease and we’re looking for a third to join us in the Magnolia area!

Available Room: Private 1 bed with shared bathroom with one other person on the same floor. Plenty of shared space that includes a currently unfurnished living room, a finished basement/den area, kitchen and outdoor area. A lot of opportunity to make it feel like home.

Tyler - Mid-30s, originally from Midwest. Creative director and digital marketing consultant (WFH). Queer & partnered. Typical PNW nerd into hiking, board games, Dungeons & Dragons, and video games. Mostly introverted, occasionally outgoing. 420 friendly.

Jesika- Mid-30s. Recently moved to Seattle from Colorado. Nerdy, quiet but social. Loves hiking, camping, and wildlife photography. Works as a veterinary technician with two cats (a shy 9-year-old and a friendly 4-year-old). Enjoys time outdoors with her pets and values a respectful living environment.
