About the Suite:

Full kitchen, it is small, but it has a full size oven, microwave, dishwasher.

Comfortable living room, quite large—ideal for cozy movie nights, (its about 12'x20').
Bonus spare room for your WFH office (11'x11'), camping gear, or guest bedroom.
Large bedroom (~12'x16') with a sliding patio door, cool in the summer, featuring standard amenities like a closet and baseboard heat.

Commute: Just a 35-minute ride to downtown via bus or the new light rail, located about 3/4 mile west.
Backyard: Its beautiful!

Utilities: Flat rate, $125/month added to rent. For a total of $2,100

Laundry: Onsite shared laundry with upstairs tenants who access it via a side door—no need to come through your living space! :)

Rental Terms: First/Last month’s rent plus a fully refundable $1500 deposit to move in. Background checks and positive references are required; good credit is preferred.
