I'm looking for a female roommate to occupy the second bedroom with an attached bathroom in this modern 3B/3B house. The third bedroom will remain empty. The lease term is flexible. The room is furnished and ready to be moved for move in. You also have a reserved parking spot and extra space in a separate storage room. The house is fully stocked and has a washer, dryer, and stainless steel appliances. The monthly rent for your bedroom is $1700. Utilities are extra and will be split between us.

This house is 5 minutes from Kirkland downtown and 10 minutes from Bellevue downtown. This makes it a perfect location for almost all tech companies, including Google, Microsoft, Facebook, and Amazon. Whole Foods and Safeway are also 5 min away.

I work in tech and have lived in the area for 6 years now. This is a beautiful house, and I would like to welcome someone responsible and considerate.
