Roommate needed asap in Kirkland

Hello! I'm a young professional female looking for a roommate. It's a little bit of an unusual situation, but I am hoping to find someone to get a place with, together. Ideally I'd love to move into a single family house, but am open to apartments as they are more affordable. The pictures included are a prospective 3 bed 2 bath property in west Kirkland that I'm looking at and need a roommate to apply and sign a lease with. My ideal move-in date is early July. This place is available now, but applications need to be in asap.
I have a 10-year-old black Labrador who is my ESA and will be moving with me. She is friendly, well-behaved, house-trained, and gets along well with other dogs. I'd actually love finding someone else who has a dog too so they could be play buddies and we can help each other out.
My preference would be to share with one or two other single roommates rather than a large group or couple, though I'm open to discussing the right situation. I have no gender preference regarding roommates and am LGBTQ+ friendly. I don't personally care for 420, but it's not a deal breaker as long as it's outside and everyone is respectful and considerate.
