Private room for rent

Hello, I am looking to add another person to add on my lease starting late April 2026. Preferably a male ages 22-32, I am 27 years old.

-Rent is $1,070.

-Water/Sewage/Gas is included, we pay for electricity and Wifi, which is about $120 total each month (60 each).

-Income needs to be at least double the the rent. Application and screening is mandatory.

-Top floor so no upstairs neighbors.

-GREAT LOCATION. Walking distance to groceries, library, parks, Kirkland Transit Center, theaters. Quiet street. Considerate neighbors.

I am working on getting more furniture for shared spaces so if you have furniture that helps. Our landlord bought us a box of chocolates for Christmas and is really good about repairs. He's a good guy, best landlord I have had.

About me - I am an active dude that likes to snowboard, hike, produce music, watch funny videos, and play guitar (quietly and not great). I like to keep the shared spaces clean but don't mind the occasional mess. I do sales and graphic design for a living and travel a decent amount for work. I work from home and need a quiet space to work during the day, so the future roommate preferably works non-remote. Lets hang out and see if its a good fit.

-700+ credit score
-Net income greater than 2x rent
-Satisfactory screening reports.
-No pets.
-No smokers.
