Private room Kent house

We live in a clean, organized house shared by my wife and me and one female tenant. My wife and I both work at Sea-Tac International Airport. We use the two upstairs bedrooms and share one upstairs bathroom. Our current tenant works full-time at a pharmacy and also attends college. She generally uses the kitchen very little, and her boyfriend occasionally stays overnight.

My wife enjoys cooking Indonesian dishes and uses the kitchen regularly. We have two full-size refrigerators, one upstairs and one downstairs, as well as a washer and dryer for household laundry. Our only pet is a goldfish.

The available rental is a private bedroom in our shared home. We are looking for a responsible, respectful tenant who values cleanliness, communicates well, and is considerate of everyone living in the house.

Rental terms:

* Monthly rent: $900, due on the first of each month.
* Security deposit: $900, which can be paid in installments over the first three months.
* Lease: Month-to-month.
* Utilities: Shared among the occupants living in the house.
* Household expectations: Keep shared spaces clean, respect everyone’s privacy, and be mindful of noise and overnight guests.
