I have a spare room available for rent, I'm aware that it says $915, that's to cover everything, including utilities. If you're not able to afford that, you can make up the difference by walking the dog, (she will always be happy to see you) helping clean, taking out the trash. I always meet potential renters off site for my privacy should I feel someone is not a good fit.

Looking for a short term renter/roommate. 6-9 months max, great for someone who is wanting short term while seeking something else, unless you're the ultimate roommate.

Please if you have major drama, don't bring it here. I've lived in this area for 7 years, I enjoy a calm home. I go to work early morning and fall asleep early evening. I cook often and host monthly game nights and brunches as well as Wednesday dinner nights. I'm looking for someone who can fit into the routine and feel comfortable.
