Restrictions: No couples, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment. No drugs or alcohol. This is a clean and sober shared living space. Overnight guests must be approved. No long term guests. Smoking is permitted but not inside any part of the home.

About the Roommate You'll be sharing the home with 3 roommates.

Roommate #1- My daughter who is also the house manager since I don't physically live on the property. She's friendly, clean freak but easy going. She's 34-years-old and works full time as a property manager at Public Storage across 10 locations! She enjoys a calm and welcoming environment and shares her space with her adorable 3 dogs and 3 cats. Her pets are well-behaved, adding to the charm and warmth of the home. She's respectful and values good communication, making her a great roommate to live with.

Roommate #2- 64 year old retired woman who just recently started working again as a Home Care aid for the elderly. She loves cooking, the Seahawks and crocheting any minute she has to spare. She has 1 small elderly dog who stays in bed pretty much all day everyday.
Roommate #3- Mover by day dad to a 3 year old by night. He lives on the bottom floor in his own studio. He’s very quiet and any second he’s not working he’s spending time with his daughter!

Currently we’re looking to rent out the last bedroom in our house. The space will come furnished however if you’d prefer to furnish it yourself of course we can make that happen. Shared living room, and kitchen and everything else is available to you in the house. We’re one big family here and communication is key however if you prefer to be more private that’s okay as well. We’re all very easy going and just looking for the right person who will move in and respect the space and not cause any problems. Plus life is difficult sometimes but we’re all here to help as long as you communicate!
This shared house is nestled in a prime location and provides close access to the bus lines and major freeways. Two requirements is that the new tenant must be drug and alcohol free and okay with pets since we are a full house with 3 dogs and 3 cats!
