About the Roommate You'll be sharing the home 3 roommates. Roommate #1- My daughter who is also the house manager since I don't physically live on the property. She's friendly, a clean freak but easy going. She's 34-years-old and works full time as a property manager at Public Storage across 10 locations! She enjoys a calm and welcoming environment and shares her space with her adorable 3 dogs and 3 cats. Her pets are well-behaved, adding to the charm and warmth of the home. She's respectful and values good communication, making her a great roommate to live with. Roommate #2- 64 year old retired woman who just recently started working again as a Home Care aid for the elderly. She loves cooking, the Seahawks and crocheting any minute she has to spare. She has 1 small elderly dog who stays in bed pretty much all day everyday.
Roommate #3- Kids Country Teacher for children up to 13. Loves shopping, listening to music and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 2 year old son.

Currently we’re looking to rent out the bottom floor of our house. Not quite a mother in law but very close. Very spacious studio space with separate entrance and half bath all to yourself. Very private and also has a slider that goes out directly to the back yard if you have pets.
This shared house is nestled in a prime location and provides close access to the bus lines and major freeways. Two requirements is that the new tenant must be drug and alcohol free and okay with pets since we are a full house with 3 dogs and 3 cats!
