3 rooms in Kenmore, great location!!

This 2100 sq. foot house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room. Three rooms are available on October 1st. House includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, full fridge, 2 mini fridges and a chest freezer.
Small front yard as well as a medium sized shared fenced in back yard. Parking spot included with option to rent another. Small pets allowed with pet fee, (no dogs, sorry). Safe neighborhood within walking distance of many places such as park & ride, grocery stores, library, banks etc. Easy access to I-5 & I-405.
Many of the pictures are from before move in, I'll try to replace when my current roommates clean and move stuff out. Two rooms are 10x12 feet with the 3rd slightly larger. Water, electricity and internet bills will be split among roommates, generally around $100/month. 12 month lease, then month to month.

I'm a chill nerdy guy in my 30's who's very nice and easy to get along with. I mostly stay in my room but occasionally come to the living room to use the projector or to make something in the kitchen. When home I'll gladly take it easy and watch a movie or some anime, play VR or video games with friends and practice learning the piano or Japanese.

Looking for roommates who are responsible, respectful, generally clean and won't create drama. No smoking or drugs. Open to someone who will rent multiple rooms, such as using one for an office/storage etc. I'm very busy but will try to respond to everyone when I can. Please tell me about yourself.
