Small front yard as well as a shared fenced in back yard. Parking spot included with option to rent another. Small pets allowed with pet fee, (no dogs, sorry). Safe neighborhood within walking distance of many places such as park & ride, grocery stores, library etc. Easy access to I-5 & I-405.

I'm a chill nerdy guy in my 30's who's very nice and easy to get along with. I mostly stay in my room but occasionally come to the living room to use the projector or to make something in the kitchen. When home I'll gladly take it easy and watch a good movie or some anime, play VR or video games with friends and practice learning the piano or Japanese.

Looking for roommates who are responsible, clean, considerate and won't bring drama. No smoking or drugs. Preference for someone who will rent multiple rooms.
