We have 2 rooms to rent in our home. We live on 73rd Ave NE, 1 mile from Bothell Wy. We are a married couple with a 27 year old son. Rent will be $950 or $1000 a month and includes all utilities and high speed fiber WiFi internet access. The property is on 1.5 acres with an organic orchard and a substantial vegetable garden.
