Seeking Roomate/s

I have 2 smaller rooms available starting in July in a nice organized, clean, non partying kirkland home. Id prefer a couple, father/son, mom/daughter, mom son or a single person that would like to get on lease with me( one yr to start) to rent both rooms. The rooms are side by side with a storage closet in between. Both rooms together are 1,900 plus utilities. Its in a very nice totem lake neighborhood with a huge back deck, garage space on a greenbelt behind juanita high-school. Im very open minded in regards to whom I live with and can get along with anyone as long as youre organized, clean, respectful and overall on the quieter end( I go to my local watering hole about once a week). I pretty much just stay to myself and work and chill at home. Walking distance to juanita and totem lake with available bus lines every where. Upon applying for room and approval you can get in the rooms for just first month's rent, the damage deposit rolls over so its very easy to move in(again upon credit check and application through SJA properties). I need to find someone in the next month and would like to meet and chat before. Move in date would be July 1st & need to have application in before June to get approval and ball rolling. Im 45, hard working white male who has been living on property for 8 yrs. Inquire within to know anything else. Thanks for reading.
