Hi,
I'm looking for someone who has a steady job, is responsible, and is clean. I live in a very laid-back, quiet household. It's actually pretty boring here! There is one other person here besides myself.

I'm located in the Juanita area of Kirkland, near Juanita Beach. We're close to I-405, the Metro 255 bus route, and the Totem Lake Transit Center. Nearby employers and campuses include Lake Washington Institute of Technology, Amazon, Google, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, and Evergreen Hospital. There are also 50+ restaurants close by.

Rent & Utilities:
Rent is $1,100 per month, which includes all standard utilities: electricity, gas, A/C, water, sewer, garbage, and Ziply fiber internet.

Move-In Requirements:
$1,100 first month's rent.
$1,100 refundable security deposit
A decent credit score and verifiable income.
No prior evictions.
(Note: Background, credit, and eviction screening will be processed securely online at the applicant's expense).

The house is furnished, but the private bedroom is not. The bedroom is about 120 sq ft. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

I have 2 small, well-behaved dogs. They are very sweet! Because of this, no additional pets are allowed.

Cigarettes or vaping are strictly permitted outside only.
