Hi,

I'm located in the Juanita area of Kirkland, near Juanita Beach and Totem Lake. Close to 405, the 255 bus route, Lake Washington Institute of Technology, Amazon, Google, Virginia Mason, Evergreen Hospital.
There are also 50+ restaurants close by.

It's very easy to live here. It's actually pretty boring lol.
The other person that lives here has been here for 9 years.

You just need to have a steady job, pay your rent on time, and clean up after yourself. Just basic common sense stuff.

You won't see either one of us that often. I'm usually in my room making things that I sell. He is a mechanic and he's gone a lot.

Rent is $1,100 per month, which includes all utilities:
Electricity, Gas, A/C, Water, Sewer, Garbage, and Ziply Fiber Internet.

It comes out to $900 per month for rent and $200 per month for utilities. It's just easier to include the utilities instead of having to transfer them into people's names, etc.

To move in, you would need:
$1,100 first month's rent.
$1,100 refundable damage deposit.
Verifiable income.
No prior evictions.

I have 2 small well behaved wiener dogs. They are very sweet.

The house is furnished, the bedroom is not.
