It's very easy to live here. There's another person that lives here too. He's been here for 9 years.

It's really quiet and nothing very thrilling ever happens, lol. I like it that way though, no drama, no parties, no BS.
I'm not implying that anybody needs to tiptoe. I don't care if somebody makes noise. Nothing really bothers either one of us.

I am a tax preparer and I make jewelry that I sell. I'm mostly in my room with my dogs because that's where all my stuff is that I'm working on.

The other person that lives here is a mechanic and he's gone a lot. We both are easy to get along with, friendly, and will include you if something is going on or leave you to yourself if you would prefer.

You just need to have a steady job, pay your rent on time, and clean up after yourself. Just basic common sense stuff.

We're located in the Juanita area of Kirkland, near Juanita Beach and Totem Lake. Close to 405, the 255 bus route, Lake Washington Institute of Technology, Amazon, Google, Virginia Mason, Evergreen Hospital.
There are also 50+ restaurants close by.

Rent is $1,100 per month, which includes the following utilities:
Electricity, Gas, A/C, Water, Sewer, Garbage, and Ziply Fiber Internet.

It's basically $900 per month for rent and $200 per month for utilities.

What is needed to move in:
$1,100 first month's rent.
$1,100 damage deposit
Verifiable income.
No prior evictions.

The house is furnished, the bedroom is not.

I have 2 small, well behaved little wiener dogs. They are very sweet!

Cigarettes or vaping are permitted outside only. 420 is ok.
