Rent $1,600/month (if work at home, then each renter will pay an extra $100 in rent to cover additional usage).

Upon move-in or want to hold the room for move-in after September 1, 2024, first and last month’s rent in the amount of $3,200 and $250 refundable cleaning deposit, totaling $3,450 will be due on September 1, 2024.

Also required prior to move-in, proof of Washington State required vaccinations and Proof of renter’s insurance.

Certified Service Animal with documentation is permitted. I have two small dogs who live in my bedroom.
