Roommate Needed

Hi, I’m Kyle. I’m 21 years old and I have a full-time job at Home Depot I can tell you a little about myself. I like to play video games. Keep mostly to myself but am friendly and open to being social sometimes. This is my first experience living away from home. I am just looking for a new roommate who is reliable, hopefully close to the same age but not required who enjoys games fun and who’s hopefully up to meeting a new friend. The place I have available is one bedroom, one bath, has three closets, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, shared living room and kitchen, a balcony and parking space if needed if applied you would have to sign onto the apartment lease which does have a sign on of $260 and the base monthly rent would be $980 a month with a parking space, master bedroom with attached bathroom, utilities are paid separately and very between $150-$250 month, WiFi is $36 a month. If interested I would be able to show off the room, but you need to apply and Submit a rental application through the apartment complex.
