Room available Aug 1st in W. Seattle House

We will have an opening in our 5 bedroom two level house beginning August 1st.

The house has 2-1/2 bathrooms and you'll share a bathroom with only one other person. The available bedroom is approximately 10 ft. x 11 ft. not including the closet. We're located on a quiet, dead-end street near Louisa Boren middle school in West Seattle. It's a two minute walk to the H-line. Unfortunately, the house is not wheelchair or mobility disability accessible.

There are an awesome, very large washer & dryer on site, off-street parking, storage for your stuff, and a fenced private backyard. The kitchen is shared and you will have portion of cupboard, refrigerator and freezer spaces. Chores include contributing to maintaining your shared bathroom, the yard, and the common areas (hallway, living room, kitchen, laundry area, stairs). We are a pet free home at this time. The West Seattle food bank is about one mile from the house and you are allowed to get food there four days per week.

The house members diverse in everything from personal interests, work, gender identity, and lifestyle. Two residents are trans and two are cis males. None of us are smoker's so if you smoke then it must be done outside. Some here are night owls; others are day people. We're responsible and laid back, looking for an employed individual with a stable income who will contribute to maintaining a nice place to live and who pays bills on time.

Rent is $890 per month and includes utilities. The lease agreement is for one year. Our property management company (Lynnmac Commercial real estate) requires a credit score of 700 to sign on your own. This is their rule, not ours, sorry!
