I have a single bedroom with a shared full bathroom and a shared kitchen, dinning and living room area. The room is situated in the tranquil Hazelwood area of Renton/Newcastle. The property is located within a 2 minute drive to I-405 North and South ramps., a 10 minute driving to downtown Bellevue, an 5 minute drive to downtown Newcastle and a 15 minute drive to the Landing area in Renton. The unit is in close proximity to parks, recreational areas and trails along Lake Washington. The unit has shared utilities. Parking is available. No loud noises, No recreational drugs or substance abuse please, no loud partying. I would prefer a roommate who picks up after themselves. The $300.00 deposit is non negotiable and non refundable. Utilities are included in the rent. The lease is for a 6 month duration. If you break the lease before the 6 month duration you will have to pay the next month lease before you leave. The rent will be due on the 1st day of each month. Only serious applicants may apply. Every applicant will go through a mandatory background check. Thank you.
