Upstairs

Looking for a roommate to split a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Greenwood. The location is wonderful, just 5 minutes north of Greenlake. The house is right next to the E-Line, with a walking score of 82, transit score of 58, and bike score of 80. This is my second year renting here and both the location and the landlord have been great! The rent is $1550 plus electric, gas, and water.

About the house: The upstairs has a furnished living room, kitchen, bathroom, and dinning room. All of these are shared spaces. The upstairs also has my bedroom and home office, which are private. The downstairs has a bedroom, family room, and 3/4 bathroom with washer and dryer. As well as access to the garage and a door to the backyard. You're welcome to these rooms as your private space, but I will need weekly access to the laundry.

The garage is used for storage, which I'm happy to share. My car is parked on the street, and has had no issues. The yard is lovely, and the landlord pays for yard maintenance twice a month. Last year I grew vegetables. If you enjoy gardening, you're welcome to grow some plants!

About me: I work from home and have clubs or classes 4 nights a week, and I have friends over once or twice a month. When I'm outside I'm either trail-running, cycling, or attending martial arts class. And When I'm home I'm usually relaxing with YouTube or computer games. My background is in retail, health care, and now compliance. I'm easy to get along with because all my career has been some form of customer-service. And I'm just as happy to leave people alone when they want their privacy. I'd be happy to team-up on cooking and groceries, if that's something you're interested in.
