Located five minutes North of Green Lake, this house has a partially furnished daylight basement available to rent. The whole house is 1630 square feet, your half of the rent is $1550.

About location: A charming old cottage with modern appliances, and a lovely yard. There is a separate entrance to the downstairs, and each floor has a bathroom. The house is right next to the E-Line bus stop, and walking distance from Trader Joes. The upstairs is a shared space but the downstairs can be your private space, aside from the shared laundry. There is some furniture in the downstairs, but all of it may be removed if you don't want to use it.

About myself: I've been renting for a year. The landlord and location have both been terrific. My roommate moved and now I'm looking for somebody to take over. I work from home, and I'm out at least 4 evenings a week. Kindly email me for additional details and for walkthrough videos.
