Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share my house where you’ll have your own downstairs area and private bathroom. It’s not a separate unit, but the layout gives you a really nice sense of privacy while still sharing a home.

The house is pretty quiet and low-key. During the week I’m usually working from home until around 4pm, then either out for the evening or relaxing—watching TV/anime or playing video games.
I’m friendly and easygoing, but overall it’s more of a coexist peacefully type of setup rather than a super social household.

I’m a 34-year-old software engineer. Pretty low-drama, respectful, and easy to live with.
I’m gay—no preference for roommates, just looking for someone who’s cool with that and respectful.
I also have two cats (one social, one shy). They roam the house but you can keep them out of your room. No litter smell or anything like that.
