Roommate needed for a 4bed/1bath house

Hello, Im looking for another woman to be my roommate. I rent a house in North Seattle near Greenlake. My old roommate had to move out suddenly. They would get the entire upstairs and one of the spare rooms downstairs. It is a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with a private backyard and driveway. Street parking is also always available. I do have a dog and three cats. These animals would 100% not be any responsibility to a new roommate, but you would have to be okay with animals around the house. I also would be paying all pet rent. The rent without pet rent is $3150, and I'm looking for someone who can pay at least $1200 a month, but I can do $1000 Pictured is the entire upstairs space and back yard. I can send pictures of the extra downstairs room and front yard/driveway as needed.

A little about me: I am a 25 year old pre-law student and most of my schedules are pretty early mroning/afternoon. I am pretty quiet/keep to myself so the house is usually pretty calm. I keep things clean, especially with all the animals, I usually clean the floors and table surfaces daily. Im really into the outdoors and art. I do ceramics often in the back yard.
