Rent and Amenities
The rent is $980/mo and includes flat rate energy, gas, water, and garbage. Deposit would be equal to one month of rent. Amenities include AC, heating, one assigned on-street parking spot, free in-unit access to a small washer/dryer, and dishwasher, as well as access to our front yard and firepit.

This is a 3BR 2BA household. The open room that we are looking to fill shares a wall with the living room. It is across the hall from the guest bathroom, which is a shared bathroom with one other housemate.

About the area
The house is walking distance from the E Line and 40, Saar’s Super Saver, AMC. We are close to Greenwood Ave & Holman Rd. & walking distance of QFC, Trader Joes, Fred Meyer’s, North Star Diner, Chocolati, The Monkey Grind, and more!

About us
We are (2) 32yo queer fems. We work around 5AM to 1pm, so we usually have quiet hours around 7:30pm. Sharing the space is 2 cats & a 1yo husky mix. Occasionally, we spend time together, host friends for dinners & movie nights, or host friends/family from out of town visit for extended stays. We communicate & make sure every housemate is fine with any extra people in the household. The atmosphere in the household is mostly very low key and peaceful. We are respectful of everyone’s need for quiet and downtime, and hope our new housemate is as well.

Pets
Both of us have pets, amounting to (1) dog and (2) cats. We prefer not to add any more animals to the space, but we are open to reviewing each pet on a case by case basis.

Ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate would be a single queer fem over thirty-years-old with no pets who cleans up after themselves. Our household is often kept neat and organized. We utilize a chore chart for all shared tasks. We hope to find someone respectful of our early morning schedules& is comfortable communicating & collaborating in all areas relating to the home.
