ISO kind, reliable female roommate in Greenlake!

Hi all! My very sweet friend is moving out this Winter after 2 years of living together to move in with her boyfriend. So, I am looking for another awesome female roommate starting December 1st.

Our apartment is in the Greenlake neighborhood, 2 minutes up the hill from the lake & a very rare find. The rent is 2,700 combined, but will be going up to 2,900 on January 1st of next year. Your portion of the rent would be 1,300 now and 1,400 going into January. First months rent & 1,000 security deposit due for move in. This space comes with your room and a bathroom that is inside of the bedroom. Shared full kitchen and a nice common living area upon entry as well. In unit washer and dryer. I have a lot of house staples, like dishes, a dining table etc already. Extremely kind, responsive landlords too, which is always a plus!

The apartment is in a house that has been renovated into 4 apartments and it is absolutely beautiful. All hardwood floors. Coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. For the space and location, I’ve found the rent is next to impossible to find.

A little about me: I’m a 30 year old queer female. I work full-time at a restaurant and as a nanny. I am also a full-time grad student, getting my Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I am pretty quiet, respectful and laid-back, looking for someone similar. No big partiers please.
