2 Bed / 1 Bath Apartment in Green Lake – Room Available – $1,425/person (Utilities Included)

Hi! I’m Andrea. I’m originally from Spain and moved to Seattle three years ago. I’m looking for a roommate to share my apartment in Green Lake, with the room available starting August 14, but with a flexible move-in date through September.

I’ve been living here for the past year and absolutely love it! The apartment is about a 5-minute walk to Green Lake, close to PCC, coffee shops, restaurants, and other local stores. It’s also conveniently located near the Link Light Rail and bus routes 45 and 62. The apartment comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, a reserved parking space, and a wall-mounted electric fireplace.

Rent: $1,425 per person per month (utilities included except Wi-Fi)

The room can be furnished if needed—my current housemate is selling her furniture.

A little about me: I’m a teacher, originally from Spain, and a Christian. In my free time I enjoy reading, cooking, trying new ways to stay active, and spending time by the water whenever I can. I love spending time with friends, but I also value having a peaceful home to come back to.

I’m looking for someone who values open communication, cleanliness, and helping create a peaceful home. I’d especially appreciate living with someone who shares similar values and is respectful.

Unfortunately, no pets or smokers/vapers of any kind due to allergies.
