I'm from LA and have been living in Seattle for 6 years. I'm into metal, goth, and industrial music. I have a corner in the living room thats like my art space where I paint and make candles. The kitchen table is full of musical instruments. I game, mostly on my laptop, and theres a big screen tv in the living room if you want to hook up your device. I'm always down to share and am a fairly communal person.

I'm not uptight about cleanliness, but do like a place to look reasonably habitable and not like the depression monster lives there. Though I get it. Mental illness is a struggle.

Roommate moves out end-of-month, but arrangements can be made if you need it sooner, or later (No later than June 1st). There are two chests of drawers in the room and two lamps that can be thrown away of you don't want them there.

Essentially, I'm looking for someone to take over his half of the lease, with an option to renew next March. Must apply through leasing and must pass credit check.

Rent will be split right down the middle and your half will be: $1,187.50

We're really just paying for location, at this point, and let me tell you, this is a great and convenient location.
