I’m looking for 2 female roommates in a beautiful 3 Bd 2 Ba apartment in Fremont. Quiet street, yet close to everything - transportation, shops, cafes.
8 min drive to Amazon campus, 15 minutes by bus.

Unit has tons of light, washer/dryer/dishwasher in unit. Shared rooftop with grills with gorgeous views.

Room options:

Master bedroom with private bathroom (shower) $1,500 plus $100 utilities

Bedroom with shared bathroom (bath tub) $1,200 plus $100 utilities.

On the pictures - staged furniture, rooms are unfurnished.

Garage parking available at $150/mo

Minimum rent term is 2 months with flexible cancellation (30-day notice). However, if rented for a total of less than 6 months - a convenience/vacancy fee of $200/mo will be charged.
